Hymns

God of Harmony, I give thanks for every hymn-writer, musician, choir director, and off-key-but-exuberant singer who has helped to pass on the songs of faith. When my mind reels and hope seems illogical, the words and tune and rhythm of hymns are still there, with all the wisdom they carry. Amen.
