God of Hope, bless Representative Ruben Kihuen and Repesenative Adriano Espaillat. As members of congress who came to the U.S. as undocumented immigrants, Kihuen and Espaillat urged the Occupant to extend the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. DACA was put in place to allow people who were brought to the U.S. as undocumented, immigrant children--called Dreamers--to live and work in this country legally and without the constant fear of deportation. These protections are u...nder threat. Rule-abiding, tax-paying, beloved neighbors are anxious and afraid.

Pour out Your blessings on the Dreamers, God. May they shape a vision of what the United States could be--a place of opportunity, equality, and hope--that guides our aspirations. Make a way out of no way, God.
