Cheerleaders and Soccer Players

God of Hope, bless the Howard University cheerleaders, who have been kneeling during the national anthem for a year to protest police brutality. And bless the soccer team from Berlin that knelt in solidarity. Multiply our efforts at communion, God, and add to our attempts to foster the common good. Help us to see the power of good will with and for each other. Amen.
