God of Jacob, I am wrestling tonight. Are we not limping enough already? For those who are willing to wrestle with complicated texts, complex histories, current events, and faithful commitment, I pray. Concretely, this means I am praying for every religious leader—of any tradition—who is condemning the Occupant’s rash and even hateful declaration regarding Jerusalem. Please, God: bless us. Amen.
